2.1 Characteristic:
The filter is composed of dryer, heater, silencer and instrument. The media enters into filter from inlet, goes through the desiccant to decrease media dew point by desiccant adsorption. After several period, switch the operation to the other parallel filter. Some of dried gas is heated and go through the spare filter in reverse direction for the purpose of desiccant regeneration. Waste gas discharges into atmosphere under the function of silencer.
Combine the advantages of Pressure Swing Adsorption and Temperature Swing Adsorption, the micro-heating regeneration filter is on adsorption (operation) under normal temperature, high vapor partial pressure, on analysis (regeneration under low vapor partial pressure. That is to say, the water adsorbed by desiccant under adsorption process is completely removed under the combined function of high quality regeneration gas thermal diffusion and low partial pressure during the regeneration process.
