1. Brief Introduction
Self-cleaning filter is used for inlet filtration of air suction facility which can remove the particle and dust in air effectively and protect internals from the downstream equipment.
2. Characteristic, application and technical parameter
2.1 Characteristic:
Self-cleaning filter is compose of integral structure including shell, accumulator, pulse valve, venturi tube, eject pipe, pulse controller and hepa air filter.
The media enters into shell from inlet, and passes through hepa air filter from external to internal. The clean gas flows out from outlet. Dust and particle are blocked on the air filter surface forming filter cake. The pressure differential increases gradually as the filter cake thickness increase. When pressure drop or time reaches setting value, backblow is activated.
Solenoid pulse valve is activated instantly under the control of pulse controller. Pulse gas from buffer tank is ejected from backwashing manifold. When pulse gas passes through venturi tube, multiple gas surrounding will eject into hepa air filter accompany with pulse gas. Thus the dust
can be flushed. Dust removal is performed in row. The rest row is under normal operation when backblow is online.
