1. Introduction
Polypropylene filter is a kind of advanced deep filtration filter, pp film acting as the main filtration material, and there are three layers, that is, pleated filter layer, melt blown layer and honeycomb type winding layer. With this kind of structure, the dirty holding capacity and filter area are increased largely. The sealing for each part is made as a complete body by hot melt technology without adhesives. Filter precision won’t be changed as the special characteristic—low pressure differential, high flow rate, no affection on film as pressure fluctuations.

Effective filter area: 0.5-0.7㎡
Max. operation pressure: 0.35MPa，at 60℃
Max. working temperature: ≤80℃，0.10MPa

2.2 Material
Pure polypropylene, in compliance with GMP and FDA standard, is melt by ultrasonic without adhesives application, which has a great chemical compatibility.

3.Application
For chemical solution, petroleum product, natural gas, drinks, water filtration, removing solid particles and gelatinous material to control pollution degree.
